Child Safety Standards

These are the published standards of the Puffy app, operated by DRG Dijital Teknoloji Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They are published under the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Puffy is closed to users under 18

Puffy is a voice chat platform designed only for users aged 18 and over. A date of birth is collected at sign-up; a date under 18 is not accepted, and this rule is also enforced on the server. The app has no features, content or marketing aimed at children.

Any account found or reported to belong to someone under 18 is closed and its data deleted.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Any content, behaviour or request involving child sexual abuse and exploitation is strictly prohibited on Puffy. This includes sharing, requesting or directing others to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexual approach towards children.

When such content or behaviour is detected:

No second chance or appeal process applies in these cases.

3. How to report

In the app: every user profile and message has a report (flag) icon. You can choose "Under 18 / child safety" as the reason; these reports are always at the top of the moderation queue. The report reaches us directly and does not require you to leave the app. You can also block any user.

By email: [email protected]. If you write CHILD SAFETY in the subject line, the report is prioritised.

Helpful details to include

The reported person's user number (Puffy ID) or nickname, what happened and a screenshot if you have one. Anonymous reports are also accepted and processed.

Child-safety reports are handled ahead of other reports and reviewed as quickly as possible.

4. Child safety point of contact

Our designated point of contact under the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy:

Child Safety Officer
DRG Dijital Teknoloji Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi
[email protected]

This person is the contact for authorities and Google on preventing CSAM and on compliance with these standards.

5. Legal framework

These standards are prepared in line with Articles 103, 104 and 226 of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

We cooperate fully with requests from competent authorities.

6. For parents

If you think your child is using Puffy, write to [email protected]. We will close the account and delete its data, and handle your request as a priority.

We recommend enabling parental controls on your child's device, restricting the installation of age-restricted apps and talking about online safety.

7. Updates to this document

We review our standards and update them when needed. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
